I'm preparing for my Vietnamese engagement ceremony. I'm living in the midwest where there's not many Asians or Chinatowns so sources are few. I'm looking for where I can get the lacquered gift boxes in red cloth. Can I order them online? Where did you get yours?

I used to live in Cincinnati -- have you checked CAM market for this? How about the CAM and other Asian stores in Columbus? There seem to be more there and in Cleveland than in Cincinnati. Maybe if you have friends in the area, they can check for you.

If you can't find a good site online that has them, Chicago isn't too far away either, if you have the time to take a trip out there -- you could even make a mini vacation out of it.
