Hello. I'm planning a trip to Toronto and I hope someone can help
me out. Can anyone recommend a good dim sum restaurant?

Downtown: Lai Wah Heen at the Metropolitan Hotel is FANTASTIC. It's been touted as one of the best Chinese restaurants in North America. But pricey.
I like Bright Pearl too, also downtown in Chinatown, and it's not as expensive.
If you're willing to travel out to the suburbs a bit, there are lots of great places in Markham and Richmond Hill which is basically where all the Chinese people live. Celestial Court and Golden Court are 2 that I know well, but honestly there are so many that are good. You can look up "markham dim sum" on chowhound.com for more suggestions.
